Thank you for supporting my art! Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and original nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Please review all listing details — including photos, dimensions, and descriptions — before buying. If you have any questions about a piece, I'm happy to answer them before you purchase. You can reach me at hello@pressedfigpaperie.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While all sales are final, I take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
I'll do my best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact me and I will work with the carrier to locate it. I am not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and that is not a condition of a refund.
Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
