Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about how I ship my work.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order and are processed and shipped within XX of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing times may be longer during busy seasons or sales — I'll always communicate any delays.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
I ship all U.S. orders via UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
International Shipping
I currently do not ship internationally. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in a piece, please contact me at hello@pressedfigpaperie.com before placing an order.
Please note: international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are outside of my control.
Packaging
Every piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Original artwork is wrapped and reinforced to arrive in the same condition it left my studio.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I will do my best to resolve the issue.
If your package is lost in transit, reach out and I will work with the carrier on your behalf. I am not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
